Job Summary
Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, nutritional intake, and mobility assistance. Monitor vital signs, catheter care, and bowel/bladder training while observing and reporting significant changes in patient condition to the clinical team. Support physical, psychological, and recreational therapies by promoting continued well-being and delivering excellent customer service to guests and their families. Maintain current CNA certification from the State of Michigan and work 8-hour shifts in rotating weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
