Job Summary
Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents, patients, Veterans, and staff at Touchstone Communities, fostering meaningful connections and dignity. Deliver daily support while maintaining a team-focused mindset to contribute to a positive workplace culture. Maintain a valid Texas CNA certification or proof of NATCEP program completion. Work flexible shifts including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with applicable shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- A valid Texas CNA certification OR proof of completion of a state-approved NATCEP program (awaiting exam)
- Must be available for 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shifts
- Must be available for 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts
- Must be available for 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Must be willing to work shift differential
