Certified Nurse Aide - CNA

Provide personal care and support to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing; maintaining resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies; supporting mobility through safe ambulation and transfers with proper body mechanics; accurately recording vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption; assisting with positioning for comfort and safety; encouraging engagement through range of motion exercises and appropriate orientation as directed. Must hold a current Texas CNA certification, demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork, and adhere to safety policies and patient rights.
