Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to home care clients including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and light housekeeping. Assist with meals, errands, shopping for household needs, and engage clients through conversation and activities. Facilitate client engagement and follow Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies. Work with contracted facility partners on staffing shifts. Must be 18+, have an active Michigan CNA certification, valid driver’s license, and be willing to work every other weekend. Arcadia offers weekly/daily pay, benefits, and recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of high school or GED certification
- Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, active and in good standing
- Valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance
- Willing and able to work every other weekend
