CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE CNA (See description for shifts) (71932)

Conduct personal care services including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance for residents. Assist with activities of daily living, meal service, and transport to social programs. Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs, recording intake and output, and responding to call lights. Document care actions, review care plans, and participate in shift reports. Maintain cleanliness of units and equipment while adhering to infection control guidelines. Provide post-mortem care as instructed.
