Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and assistance during meals; support with transfers/ambulation; offer emotional support and companionship, especially for Memory Care residents; follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, maintain a clean and safe environment, and cooperate with nurses and other team members; position shift for a part-time Day Shift (6:30am–2:45pm) at Nye Health Services in Lincoln, Nebraska; CNA certification required; experience in memory care/long-term care preferred; equal opportunity employer; PayActiv wage access available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska in good standing
- Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care is preferred (but not required)
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
