Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, including assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing, moving residents, and responding to calls. Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse, detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries, and contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Maintain a valid Certified Nurse Aide license and hold at least 16 years of age, with experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
