Job Summary
Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating for residents. Deliver emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive environment. Interact and communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Provide health monitoring by conducting routine vital checks. Encourage and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification
