Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and support in a long-term care setting at Helen Newberry Joy Hospital & Healthcare Center. Implement patient rights protocols, prioritize tasks, and remain calm during emergent or unexpected events while demonstrating competency in required skills. Maintain courteous, diplomatic, and tactful interactions with patients and staff, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ensure familiarity with medical terminology and adherence to all safety standards. Full-time 12-hour rotating day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts with an hourly wage of $19.11 to $23.86.
