Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to residents, including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing according to care policies; maintain resident environment, change linens, and ensure supplies are stocked; assist with mobility including safe ambulation and transfers; record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals; position residents for comfort and safety; lead range of motion activities and provide reality orientation as directed; join a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
