Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing; maintaining resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies; supporting mobility through safe ambulation and transfers; recording vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption; assisting with positioning to ensure comfort and safety; encouraging engagement with range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong attendance, multitasking, professionalism, and compassionate care for elderly and disabled individuals, with adherence to patient rights and safety policies.
