Job Summary
Conduct daily home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Davidson and Randolph counties, NC, performing bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, transfers with mechanical lifting devices, vital sign checks, and ambulation assistance. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary care team. Requires one year of home health aide experience, North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry listing, BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination, and criminal background check. Offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and 24/7 clinical manager support.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide
- Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
