Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Chatham and Lee counties, North Carolina, providing certified nurse aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care. Perform activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion exercises, transfers, and vital sign checks. Assist with ambulation and utilize mechanical lifting devices as needed. Maintain active status on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry and pass the competency evaluation. Requires one year of work experience, reliable transportation, and English proficiency. Flexible scheduling with weekly pay and 24/7 clinical manager support available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
- Have access to reliable transportation
