Job Summary
Provide personal care to residents (grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing); maintain resident environment by changing linens and ensuring supplies; support mobility through ambulation and transfers with proper body mechanics; accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption; assist with positioning and comfort; encourage engagement with range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed; must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification; PRN shift with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications

- current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
