Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing; maintain resident environment; support mobility with safe transfers; accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals; assist with positioning and range of motion; lead activities and provide reality orientation as directed. Requires a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas. Emphasizes compassionate, reliable care, strong attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative demeanor in a team-based care setting.
