Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation. Provide mobility assistance through transferring and repositioning, while monitoring and recording vital signs. Observe residents for health or behavioral changes and report findings to nursing staff. Maintain cleanliness of living spaces, ensure infection control protocols, and document care accurately. Support residents emotionally and adhere to all facility policies and state regulations. Current CNA certification in Nebraska required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in emergency situations. Competitive wage scales with shift differentials, tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually, and flexible scheduling available.
