Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - FT

Provide assigned residents with personal, quality care in accordance with federal, state, and facility policies. Identify residents before providing care, address them by their name of choice, and interact in a warm, personal manner. Assist with feeding, dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, ambulating, transferring, and loading/unloading from vehicles. Apply dressings, perform treatments, supervise exercise routines, take vital signs, and provide nutrition and hydration. Communicate care needs at shift change, read and sign care plans, and promptly report condition changes to licensed nurses. Record resident conditions, complete incident forms, maintain clean rooms and work areas, and observe infection control policies. Prepare rooms for admission and assist with inventory forms.
