Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - FT

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for Bluestem Communities full-time role. Provide residents with a high level of caregiving, including helping with bathing and hygiene, feeding residents, ensuring medications are taken, and assessing vital signs. Act as residents’ advocate under the direction of a professional nurse and promote psychosocial well-being. Plan and facilitate social activities, support dietary and nutritional needs, and assist with dining and meal cleanup. Maintain a home-like environment, assist with personal laundry, prepare rooms, and support housekeeping as needed. Participate in care planning and care conferences, follow standard precautions and infection-control practices, and contribute to restorative therapy under therapy professionals. Requires completion of a state-approved CNA program and an active CNA license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
