Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role involves assisting with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing; maintaining resident environments; assisting with mobility and transfers; recording vitals and intake/output; positioning residents for comfort and safety; and leading range of motion activities. The ideal candidate holds a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, can accurately record information and perform technical procedures, communicates well, demonstrates self-discipline and patience, genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities, and adheres to safety policies and patient rights.
