Job Summary
Conduct patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, nutritional intake, and ambulation. Document activities of daily living, vital signs, catheter care, and range of motion exercises. Observe and report significant changes in patient condition to the clinical team while promoting hospitality and positive environments. Support physical, psychological, occupational, and recreational therapies to encourage continued well-being. Requires current Michigan CNA certification and approved training program completion. Full-time or part-time roles available with rotating weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- completed of an approved Nurse Assistant training program
- current Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required from the State of Michigan
