Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in a 90-bed long-term care community. Provide resident care including daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), monitor health through routine vital checks, and deliver companionship to residents. Engage residents in recreational and therapeutic activities, communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team, and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. Demonstrates compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor, with teamwork and professionalism. Schedule options include Full-Time and Part-Time shifts; competitive hourly wage with shift differential. Benefits provided and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification.
