Job Summary
Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, and dressing while maintaining resident environments by changing linens and stocking supplies. Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices, accurately document vitals and intake/output, and assist with positioning and range of motion exercises. This role requires current Texas CNA certification, strong communication skills, and adherence to safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
