Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing, and daily personal care following care policy guidelines. Maintain resident environment (linens, supplies), assist with mobility (ambulation/ transfers using proper body mechanics), accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption. Assist with positioning for comfort and safety; lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed. Must demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies; holds Texas CNA certification and commits to high-quality resident care. Required Qualifications
