Properly use and maintain facility equipment while ensuring resident rooms remain neat, orderly, and clutter-free. Support residents' participation in activity programs and provide care as directed by the care plan to assist them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning. Directly respond to resident and family needs, including call lights, while ensuring privacy and collecting data for accurate MDS and plan of care completion. Maintain certification in good standing with the state and have no registry findings concerning abuse or neglect.
