Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Conduct resident care as directed by the care plan and nursing staff, ensuring proper diet, privacy, and comfort while maintaining room order and equipment. Directly respond to resident and family needs via call lights, support participation in activity programs, and assist in achieving the highest practicable level of functioning. Collect data for accurate MDS completion and provide input to nurses for developing care plans. Maintain certification in good standing with no registry findings.
