Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including lifting, bending, and mobility support, while fostering a comforting and engaging atmosphere. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, providing companionship and reassurance to prioritize resident well-being. Maintain a respectful and positive work environment by demonstrating Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence values. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
