Job Summary
Provide in-home care to seniors and people with disabilities living independently; learn fundamentals of quality home care and deliver life-changing service as part of Addus HomeCare. This entry-level role offers flexible hours, daily/weekly pay, travel reimbursement, and a safe-work environment with PPE and CDC-guided safety practices. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, required for member transportation
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
- Comfortable using an electronic device
- Safety policies under CDC guidelines (PPE, etc.)
