Job Summary

Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans. Assist with customary daily tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, hair and nail care, and moving residents between areas. Measure and record vital signs as assigned, detect and report potential accidents or injuries, and contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in condition to the Charge Nurse. Carry out all duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedure while maintaining valid CNA licensure.

  • Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Desired Qualifications
