Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nurse Aide CNA, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of resident care and services; participate in care conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans; promote a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff. Work as part of a supportive team in a nursing and rehabilitation center serving residents across short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Required Qualifications
