Job Summary
Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, nutritional intake monitoring, vital signs collection, catheter care, and ambulation. Observe and report significant changes in patient mood, behavior, or condition to the clinical team while promoting hospitality and excellent customer service with guests and families. Support physical, psychological, and recreational therapies to encourage continued well-being in a positive healing environment. This full-time or part-time position offers rotating weekend shifts, holiday pay, and premium rates up to $25.90 per hour on the second or third shift. Required Qualifications

- completed of an approved nurse aide training program
