Job Summary
Entry-level Certified Nurse Aide providing in-home care to seniors and people with disabilities in New Mexico. Responsibilities include reminding clients to take medication, assisting with therapy exercises under a Registered Therapist, personal care (hair, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing), routine bodily functions, light housekeeping (bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom), providing companionship and stimulation, accompanying clients to doctors or appointments, and observing/reporting changes in client condition. Requires completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training, satisfactory background check, and a valid driver’s license. Walk-ins are welcome at any branch location; part-time Home Care Aides may qualify for healthcare benefits. Ambercare emphasizes equal employment opportunities and a supportive work environment.
