Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans. Assist residents with customary daily tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, and moving them between areas. Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse, while detecting and reporting any situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries. Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans and observe symptoms or changes in condition to report to the Charge Nurse. This role requires a valid Certified Nurse Aide license, at least 16 years of age, and preferably experience in a long-term care facility.
