Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans. Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, hair and nail care, and mobility between areas. Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse, while detecting and reporting any situations that may cause accidents or injuries. Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans and observe symptoms or changes in status to report to the Charge Nurse. This role requires lifting and transferring residents of varying weights and involves frequent standing, walking, and physical activity. A valid Certified Nurse Aide license is required, with long-term care experience preferred.

- Must be at least 16 years of age
