Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. Assist with customary daily tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, moving residents, and responding to calls. Measure and record vital signs, detect and report potential accidents or injuries, and contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse. Carry out all duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift 1-25 lbs
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to carry 1-25 lbs
- Must be able to carry 25-50 lbs
