Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with care plans. Assist with customary tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, and moving residents between areas. Measure and record vital signs as assigned, while detecting and reporting potential accidents, injuries, or changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Contribute knowledge of resident needs to care plans and observe symptoms or reactions. Maintain compliance with resident care policies and procedures. Valid CNA license and long-term care experience preferred.

- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift 1-25 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
