Certified Nurse Aide (85336)

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans; assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, caring for hair and nails, moving residents between areas, and responding to calls. Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure; measure and record vital signs as directed by the Charge Nurse; detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries; contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans; observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to the Charge Nurse. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; licensure: CNA license required; experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
