Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in a long-term care setting, including assistance with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility. Accurately measure and record vital signs, observe residents for changes in condition, and report observations to the Charge Nurse. Assist with daily activities and carry out care plans and policies, documenting communications and contributing to resident care plans. Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Must be at least 16 years of age
