Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, hair/nail care, and moving residents between areas; carry out duties per care policy and procedure; measure and record vital signs; detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries; contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans; observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse. Requires a CNA license, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and eligibility to work (minimum age 16).
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
