Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide provides routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans. Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, hair/nail care, helping move residents, responding to calls, recording vital signs, detecting safety issues, contributing to care plans, and reporting symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse. Requires CNA license and preference for LTC experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; age 16+. Physical duties include lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and other endurance tasks as outlined.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
