Certified Nurse Aide (7P-7A Memory Care)

Provide direct personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, oral care, grooming, and dignified assistance for incontinent residents. Maintain current resident care logs, charts, and records while monitoring resident behavior, appetite, and sleeping habits to report any changes or incidents immediately. Prepare meals according to menu plans and dietary needs, keep the home clean and safe, and perform laundry and yard maintenance tasks. Engage residents in individualized activities to ensure appropriate movement, exercise, and mental stimulation. Adhere to company policies, KDADS regulations, and appearance guidelines while participating in required staff education meetings.
