CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (72526)

Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, including hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and positioning. Provide basic nursing care under supervision, maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and documenting intake and output, and respond promptly to call lights. Prepare equipment for treatments, review care plans, and complete required forms and logs. Maintain cleanliness of units and supply rooms while adhering to infection control guidelines and federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in meal service and social programs, and report observations to the nursing supervisor.
