Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, mobility, meals, hydration, and basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse. Provides personal hygiene, assist with activities of daily living, help with meals and hydration, monitor and document vital signs and weight, transport residents as needed, maintain cleanliness of resident units, follow care plans, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs duties with compassion, professionalism, and teamwork to support residents' care and recovery.
