Job Summary
Perform Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment and adjusting techniques for individual patient special or age-related needs to produce optimal images. Exercise professional judgment regarding imaging factors and patient treatment while obtaining the Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire. Complete National Provider BLS certification and achieve national certification within six months of employment. Work full-time across day and night shifts at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR, with a base pay range of $44.67 to $69.35 per hour. Eligible external candidates may qualify for a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire
- Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- OBMI temporary license
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire
