Job Summary
Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned patients under supervision, assisting residents with activities of daily living, feeding, mobility, and transportation; coordinates dining room services, delivers nutritional supplements, and documents meals and resident weight. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to facility policies; supports nursing staff, participates in safety drills, infection control, and ongoing training; strives to promote residents' dignity and rights while ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
- Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in SNF or ALF is preferred, not required
