Certified Medication Technician

Verify resident identification to ensure appropriate care, recognize and respond to resident needs, and document condition changes immediately. Report resident intake on meal percentage sheets and document accidents or incidents as they occur. Assist with move-ins, transfers, and move-outs while ensuring all assigned tasks align with community policies and procedures under leader instruction. This role requires working the 2pm to 10pm shift with every-other-weekend availability.
