Job Summary
Provide medication administration and resident care in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting under supervision of licensed nurses. Duties include monitoring residents’ conditions, taking vital signs, assisting with mobility and daily activities, maintaining accurate medication/treatment records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. Requires CMT certification, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds, and relocation to Chillicothe, MO before starting. Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly over 1 year) and comprehensive benefits.
