Job Summary
Administer medications in a safe and organized manner, document all medication administration, and assist with resident care. Communicate regularly with the pharmacy and answer to the Health Care and Resident Care Coordinator. Maintain a caring attitude while prioritizing resident safety and best interests. This role supports the transformation of senior living experiences at Greenfield Senior Living communities. Full-time and part-time positions available across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current medication technician certification (assisted living) in the state of VA in good standing
- Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Ability to prioritize, is flexible and organized
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months experience in long term care or assisted living
