Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider. Maintain residents' records daily, observe and document health and emotional conditions, and promptly report changes to the supervisor. Keep the medicine supply room clean and organized while completing accurate medication accounting and cart audits. Provide direct resident care.
