Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Full-Time & Part-Time

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse. Take vital signs, observe residents for medication responses, and prepare reports or notify personnel of unexpected reactions. Assist residents with ADL care, answer call lights, and complete documentation accurately per facility policies. Immediately report abuse, neglect, changes in conditions, or incidents to the nurse. Communicate resident requests and participate in ongoing staff education and training. Full-time staff work a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off; part-time roles offer flexible morning and evening shifts.
