Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on each resident's care plan and report changes in health status to the clinical team. Connect with residents and family members compassionately while complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Perform any other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, Maryland CMT certification, and exceptional communication skills.
